| On the Teacher Home Page, a link next to the student's name entitled 'Deactivate' will remove the student from all reporting and release their license. This function is used for year-round schools that have students that come and go at odd intervals during the year. The 'Activate' screen allows you to re-activate a student. The 'Deactivate', 'Activate' functionality may also be used to move a student from one class to another. |
